摘  要:以低温贮藏1~9年的鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)种子为材料,研究低温贮藏过程中种子老化程度对其活力及相关生理特性的影响。结果表明,鸭茅种子活力随着贮藏年限的延长出现了先上升再下降的趋势,低温贮藏5年的鸭茅种子仍然保持较高的种子活力。鸭茅种子超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在贮藏前两年最高,其活性显著高于其他年份(P<0.05);过氧化物酶(POD)活性在第3年达到最高;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在贮藏5年时达到最高,其活性显著高于其他年份(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)含量随着贮藏年限的增加呈上升趋势。相关分析表明,CAT和POD与种子活力呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),丙二醛含量的变化与种子活力无显著相关性。This study was carried out to understand the trend in viability and physiological variation of Dactylis glomerata seeds stored at low temperatures for 1~9 years.The results showed that seed vigor of D.glomerata increased initially,but then decreased with the prolongation of storage period.The seeds that were stored at low temperatures for 5 years maintained high seed vigor.We found that superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was the highest in the first two yearse,and this value was significantly higher than that in the other periods of storage(P<0.05).Peroxidase(POD)activity reached the highest in the third year of storage;hydrogenase(CAT)activity reached the highest in the fifth year of storage,and it was significantly higher than that observed during other periods of storage(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)increased with an increase in the storage duration.Correlation analysis suggests that the change in MDA content has no significant relationship with seed vigor.
