摘  要:板栗是一种药食两用、补养治病的良药,含有三萜、多糖、黄酮苷、挥发油以及微量元素等化合物,具有抗菌、抗糖尿病、抗炎、抗凝血、抗癌、抗疲劳等生物活性。本文针对板栗的化学成分与药理作用的研究进展进行综述,为板栗在医药和多功能食品领域的进一步开发研究提供参考依据。Castanea mollissima Blume was a kind of medical and edible plant with good healthful effect.It contained various chemical constituents such as triterpenoids,polysaccharides,flavonoid glycosides,volatile oil and microelement.The biological activities of C.mollissima included antimicrobial,antidiabetic,antiinflamm-atory,anticoagulant,anticancer and antifatigue activity.In this paper,we summarize chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of C.mollissima,it provides a reference for further development and utilization of C.mollissima in medicine and functional foods.
