浅析优秀女子摔跤运动员站立动作特征

摘　　要：自由式摔跤比赛中常见的技术分类有站立技术和跪撑技术,其中站立技术应用最为广泛。站立的进攻、防守、反击技术主要是各类抱腿及其各种变化。运动员因级别和身材高矮不同其姿势虽有所变化,但都要以身体重心稳定和移动灵活为原则,并要求攻守兼备。本文通过文献资料法、观察法与数据统计法、比较分析法、专家访问法等方法,着重说明站立动作在竞争激烈的比赛中对于女子摔跤运动员得分的重要性。通过分析优秀女子摔跤运动员站立动作特征,总结出一些经验,为女子摔跤运动员科学训练提供一些参考与建议。Freestyle wrestling techniques common classif ication standing and kneeling technology technologies,the most widely used technique to stand.Standing of fensive,defensive,counter technology is mainly crotch and variations,so the standing posture should be benef icial to both wrestle freedom we hold each other's legs,but also not conducive to the other clinging to our legs.The purpose is not to lose time and opponents f ight.Athletes due to their different levels of height and body posture,despite the changes,but the original aim,the focus should be to stabilize and move the body to the principle of flexible a nd requires both offensive and defensive.Through literature,observation and statistical methods comparative analysis method,expert interview method as highlighting the importance of standing in the competitive action game for Female Wrestlers score.By analyzing the Elite Female Wrestlers standing action features,summarized some conclusions for the wrestlers training plays an important role.
