摘　　要：目的分析青海省医疗服务价格改革前后所有省级公立医院收入变化及财政补助政策,为公立医院综合改革提供参考。方法采用普查、回顾性调查和对比分析方法分析医院收入变化。结果改革后医院收入结构发生变化,医药总费用增长2.99%,药品减收2.9亿元,医疗服务项目增收3.73亿元。结论改革初步实现了预期,还需调整医疗服务价格政策。Objective To analyze the income changes and financial subsidy policies for public hospitals before and after the medical services price reform in Qinghai Province,so as to provide reference for the reform.Methods Census,retro-spective investigation and comparative analysis were used to analyze the change of hospital income.Results After the reform,the hospital income structure changed,total medical expenses increased by 2.99%,drugs reduced by 290 million yuan,and medical services increased by 373 million yuan.Conclusion The reform has achieved the anticipation initially,and medical service price policy needs to be adjusted.
