摘 要:目的描述分析我国护理人力资源分布差异性与公平性,为合理制定护理发展规划提供参考。方法通过分析2012—2016年全国护理人力资源相关数据,采用集聚度方法计算区域内与区域间护理人力资源集聚度。结果东、中、西部护理人力资源集聚度存在差异,区域内与区域间存在配置差异,且近5年差异未见缩小。结论我国各省份护理人力资源配置差距明显,省际间发展速度存在差异,建议卫生健康部门制定合理发展规划,科学引导护理人力资源流动方向,缩小各地区发展差距,促进区域内与区域间护理人力资源和谐发展。Objective To describe the analysis of the differences and fairness in the distribution of nursing human resources in China to provide a reference for the rational development of nursing development planning.Methods Through the analysis of national nursing human resources data from 2012 to 2016,the clustering method was used to calculate the concentration of intra-and inter-regional nursing human resources.Results There were differences in the concentration of nursing human resources in East,Central and West China.There were differences in regions and among regions in the distribution of human resources,and the differences did not decrease in recent 5 years.Conclusion The disparities in the allocation of nursing human resources in various provinces in China are significant.A health department is set up to formulate rational development plans,scientifically guide the development of nursing human resource systems,and promote the harmonious development of human resources within and among regions.
