摘 要:随着国内储气井服役时间的增长,近几年储气井套管小面积腐蚀缺欠逐渐增多,针对传统超声检测方法不能实现对此类缺欠可靠识别的问题,提出了一种利用弧形超声波相控阵探头组的检测方法,并开发出相应的检测系统。检测结果表明,该超声相控阵检测系统能识别套管上直径2 mm的腐蚀缺欠,实现了储气井套管的全覆盖、高灵敏度的壁厚检测。With the increase of service time of domestic gas storage wells,in recent years,the small-area corrosion imperfections of the gas storage well pipes increase accordingly.However,the conventional ultrasonic detecting methods cannot reliably recognize such imperfections.This paper presented an detection way which utilizes the curved ultrasonic phased array probes and developed the corresponding detection system.The detection results show that this system can identify the corrosion imperfection with a diameter of 2 mm on the pipes,achieving the wall thickness detection of the pipes of the gas storage well with full coverage and high sensitivity.
