基于大数据的株洲市社区商业中心布局特征分析

摘　　要：大数据的实时动态性与高效便捷性为商业中心布局特征分析提供了新思路.利用百度POI与百度热力图数据,选取株洲市天元区主城区为研究区域,基于热力人口空间分布情况与商业业态空间聚集度,分析其社区商业中心布局特征.研究表明,天元区社区商业中心体系呈现"三核,多点"的空间结构,社区商业中心空间等级与人群空间集聚程度保持一致.不同业态类型与人口集聚度的相关性表现出一定差异:其中餐饮业集聚度与人口集聚度关系更紧密,较其他业态具有先发性;零售业与商业业态空间集聚度呈现一致性,更能代表商业业态的整体发展趋势;服务业则在部分区域表现出一定滞后性,如高校社区、美的城片区等.最后针对社区商业发展现状,提出合理调整业态结构、差异化发展业态类型、科学完善布局体系等建议,以促进天元区社区商业中心空间体系健康发展.The real-time dynamic and convenience of big data provide a new idea for the analysis of the characteristics of commercial center distribution.Using the data of Baidu POI and Baidu thermodynamics,we selected the main urban area of Tianyuan district of Zhuzhou city as the research area.Based on the spatial distribution of the thermal population and the degree of spatial aggregation of commercial activities,we analyzed the characteristics of the distribution of the community commercial centers.The research shows that the community commercial center system in Tianyuan district presents the spatial structure of“three cores and multiple points”,and the spatial level of community commercial center is consistent with that of crowd space.The correlations between different types of occupations and population concentration show some differences:the concentration of catering industry is more closely related to population concentration than other formats;the concentration of retail space and commercial space is more consistent,and retail industry better represents the overall development trend of commercial formats.Services industry in some areas showed some lag,such as college communities,the“Midea City”district.Finally,based on the status of community commercial development,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as rational adjustment of format structure,differentiated development format,and scientific improvement of distribution system,so as to promote healthy development of the space system of community commercial center in Tianyuan district.
