总分馆体制下的公共图书馆绩效评估研究--以南海读书驿站为例

摘　　要：文章简要疏理了国内外图书馆绩效评估的发展历程。以"图书借阅量"和"到馆人数"作为图书馆客观绩效的评估指标,对南海图书馆总分馆及其读书驿站的绩效进行客观量化评估,丰富了县域总分馆绩效评估的实证研究成果。This paper first makes a review of the development of library performance evaluation at home and abroad.Then,taking the quantity of books borrowed and the quantity of visiting readers as two indexes of library performance evaluation,it makes an objective quantitative assessment of the performance of Nanhai Public Library System,including its main library,branch libraries,and reading stations.Such could enrich the empirical researches on the performance evaluation of the county-level main-branch library system.
