摘 要:目的探讨冠心病危险因素与冠脉病变的相关性。方法以2016年10月-2017年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏中心行冠脉造影检查和/或接受冠脉动脉介入治疗的患者共计265例为研究对象。收集所有研究对象的年龄、性别、体质指数、血脂代谢指标、血小板参数、尿酸、血清胱抑素C等临床资料,同时以冠脉病变支数、Gensini评分评价冠脉病变程度,分析冠心病患者间冠状动脉病变程度与冠心病危险因素关系。结果在单支病变组、双支病变组、多支病变组间年龄、载脂蛋白A1、糖尿病病史差异有统计学意义。经过多元逐步回归分析显示冠心病患者中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与Gensini积分相关。结论高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与冠心病患者冠脉病变Gensini积分成负相关,为冠脉病变的保护性因素。Objective To investigate the correlation analysis between the risk factors of coronary artery stenosis and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 265 patients undergoing coronary angiography and/or coronary artery intervention in the Heart Center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2016 to October 2017 were studied.The clinical data of all subjects were collected,including age,sex,body mass index(BMI),blood lipid metabolism index,platelet parameters,UA,and Cystein-C(Cystain C).The coronary artery lesion was evaluated by the number of coronary and Gensini scores.And the relationship of the severity of the coronary artery stenosis and its risk factors in CHD of different groups were analyzed.Results In the one branch pathological changes group,double branch pathological changes group and multi-branch pathological changes group,the age,Apo A1 and positive family history of diabetes disease have discrepancy with statistical significance.Linear regression analysis showed that Gensini scores was positively correlated with age,HDL-C in patients with CHD.Conclusion HDL-C was negatively correlated with Gensini score of CHD and was the protective factor of coronary heart disease.
