摘 要:目的探究黄连-姜的不同比例配伍使用对所含成分盐酸小檗碱、巴马汀碱、6-姜酚的影响。方法参照临床上常用6种方剂中黄连-姜不同的配伍比例,采用HPLC-UV法测定配伍前后盐酸小檗碱、巴马汀碱、6-姜酚成分的含量差别。结果单品黄连的总生物碱含量为133.9mg/g,配伍后样品1~6的总生物碱含量分别为129.18、133.64、134.17、134.24、134.32、136.24mg/g;单品生姜的6-姜酚含量为1.13mg/g、干姜的6-姜酚含量为3.28mg/g,配伍后样品1~6中6-姜酚含量分别为0.98、0.99(样1、2生姜)、3.11、3.09、3.16、4.33mg/g(样3~6干姜)。结论随着黄连-姜配伍中姜比例的增加,姜类物质在减少6-姜酚含量的同时能够增加黄连生物碱的溶出,推断生姜对于黄连具有"增效减寒"的作用。Objective To study the changes of berberine hydrochloride,parmatine and 6-gingerol on different proportions of Coptis chinensis Franch.and Zingiber officinale Roscoe.Methods According to the different compatibility ratios of Coptis chinensis Franch.and Zingiber officinale Roscoe in six formulations commonly used in clinical,berberine hydrochloride,parmatine and 6-gingerol were determined by HPLC-UV method.Results The total alkaloid content of Coptis chinensis Franch.monomer was 133.9 mg/g,and that in the 6 mixed sample were 129.18,133.64,134.17,134.24,134.32 and 136.24 mg/g,respectively.The contents of 6-gingerol in Zingiber officinale Roscoe and dried Zingiber officinale Roscoe were 1.13 mg/g and 3.28 mg/g respectively,and that in the 6 mixed samples were 0.98,0.99(the samples 1-2 was from Zingiber officinale Roscoe),3.11,3.09,3.16 and 4.33(the samples 3-6 was from dried Zingiber officinale Roscoe)mg/g.Conclusion With the increase of the proportion of ginger in the combination of Coptis chinensis Franch and Ginger,the ginger compounds can decrease the content of 6-gingerol and increase the dissolution of alkaloids from Coptis chinensis Franch.It is inferred that ginger has a“synergistic and cold reducing”effect on Coptis chinensis Franch.
