西藏那曲地区藏羚传染性胸膜肺炎流行现状与防控策略

摘　　要：传染性胸膜肺炎疫情不但对西藏那曲地区藏羚羊种群安全构成较大威胁,而且还严重影响当地的家羊养殖业和经济发展。本文依托国家林业局陆生野生动物疫源疫病监测防控信息管理系统,构建了藏羚羊传染性胸膜肺炎疫情数据库,基于该数据库,对藏羚羊疫情及其流行特征进行分析和研究。本研究发现自2012年以来,传染性胸膜肺炎在西藏那曲地区呈连年间歇性发生态势,累计导致3800余只藏羚羊死亡。结合我国藏羚羊保护和种群分布情况,通过分析,发现严重的过载放牧、人兽冲突和藏羚羊迁徙过程中的疲惫应激反应是导致藏羚羊感染传染性胸膜肺炎死亡的主要原因。本文针对藏羚羊传染性胸膜肺炎流行现状提出了相应的防控策略,以期为我国藏羚羊保护工作提供参考。The population security of Tibetan antelope has been not only threatened by caprine contagious pleuropneumonia,but also the domestic sheep breeding industry and economic development in the local area have been seriously affected by the disease.In this study,the epidemic database of caprine contagious pleuropneumonia in Tibetan antelope was established based on the information management system of surveillance and control of epidemic diseases of terrestrial wild animals.Based on this database,we analyzed the epidemic situation and characteristics of Tibetan antelope.We found that caprine contagious pleuropneumonia has been occurring intermittently in the Nagqu region of Tibet since 2012,resulting in a total of over 3800 Tibetan antelope deaths.Combined with the protection of Tibetan antelope and population distribution,we found that serious over-grazing,“humans and wildlife”contradictions,and fatigue stress reaction during migration were the main causes of infection and death in the Tibetan antelope.To provide a reference for the protection of the Tibetan antelope in China,we offer here a prevention and control strategy in response to the epidemic.
