摘 要:为研究在多样化气候特点、地理环境、资源条件下,各节能措施对铁路绿色施工过程中节能效果的贡献率,提出一种基于G1法和改进数据包络分析(DEA)模型的节能措施效果分析方法。引入主观偏好系数,并采用线性加权的方法,将G1法所确定的主观权重和改进DEA法所确定的公共权重相结合,实现对评价指标综合权重的确定。以此为基准,通过计算其效率指数的大小对施工项目节能措施综合效果进行排序。以某地区大型铁路建设项目施工过程中的节能措施综合效果评价为例,进行实证分析,评价结果与实际情况具有良好的吻合性,验证了所设计的评价指标及方法的科学合理性。In order to study the contribution rate of various energy-saving measures to the energy-saving effect of railway green construction under diversified climates,environments and resources,an energy-saving measure based on G1 method and improved data envelopment analysis(DEA)model was presented.Firstly,by introducing subjective preference coefficients and using a linear weighting method,the subjective weights of the indices determined by the G1 method and the public weights determined by the improved DEA method were combined to determine the overall weight of the evaluation indicators.Then,based on the overall weight,the comprehensive efficiency index of each energy-saving measure was calculated.The overall effect of energy-saving measures was ranked by comparing the sizes of the efficiency index.Finally,a case study of the comprehensive effect evaluation of energy-saving measures in the construction process of a large-scale railway construction project in a certain area was performed.The evaluation results were in good agreement with the actual situation,and the designed evaluation indicators and methods were proved to be scientific and practical.
