摘  要:针对大型社会活动下的城市区域交通控制问题,提出一种面向大型社会活动的个性化区域交通控制方法。充分考虑交通管理者的个性化实践经验,构建面向大型社会活动的区域交通控制双层模型,即个性化交通管理与个性化交通控制模型。引入模糊分析法,对区域交通控制双层模型的参数进行个性化确定,并基于压缩粒子群算法对模型进行优化求解,最终输出各区域、区域内各交叉口控制向量。以长沙城区举办大型活动背景进行了交通控制仿真验证。研究结果表明:大型活动举办期间,区域交通系统运行良好,这说明本文算法能够有效解决大型活动下的区域交通控制问题。Urban regional traffic control is a challenge when faced with large activities.This paper proposes the model of personalized regional traffic control under the circumstances of large-scale activities.First,the regional traffic control two-layer model in large activities is established to give full consideration to the traffic managers'personalized experience in individual traffic management and the traffic control model.Then,the parameters in the two-layer personalized area traffic control are determined with the fuzzy analysis method.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to optimize the model,the final output of each area,and the area of each intersection control vector.Traffic control simulation of large activities held in Changsha city shows that the regional transportation system runs well during major events,showing that this model algorithm could effectively solve the regional traffic control problem of large-scale activities.
