摘  要:使用单颗粒气溶胶质谱仪,研究了5种生物质成型燃料(咖啡渣、秸秆-花生壳、稻壳、混合型、木屑-刨花)锅炉烟气中细颗粒物的排放特征。木屑-刨花生物质锅炉排放细颗粒物的粒径介于0.20~2.00μm,呈双峰分布。其余的生物质锅炉排放细颗粒物的粒径介于0.20~1.20μm,呈单峰分布。受燃料类型、锅炉负荷、炉膛温度等因素影响,木屑-刨花生物质锅炉排放细颗粒物化学成分以含碳组分(17.4%(数浓度占比,下同)~29.7%)、含钾组分(26.2%)为主。其余生物质锅炉排放细颗粒物化学成分以无机矿物质与金属的混合物(3.0%~92.7%)、含钾组分(9.7%~53.4%)为主,明显不同于传统的生物质燃烧源。A single particle aerosol mass spectrometer was used to study the characteristics of fine particles emitted from the boilers with five kinds of biomass-moulding-fuel(coffee residue,straw-peanut shell,rice husk,mixed-type,wood sawdust-shavings)as burning material.The sizes of the fine particles from wood sawdust-shaving boiler were in the range of 0.20-2.00μm with bimodal peaks,whereas those from other biomass boilers were in the range of 0.20-1.20μm with a unimodal peak.Affected by fuel type,boiler load,furnace temperature and other factors,the chemical composition of fine particles emitted from wood sawdust-shaving boiler were mainly composed of carbonaceous components(17.4%(number concentration percentage,same as below)-29.7%)and potassium-containing components(26.2%),whereas those from other biomass boilers were dominated by inorganic minerals-metals(3.0%-92.7%)and potassium-containing components(9.7%-53.4%),which was obviously different from the traditional biomass combustion sources.
