摘  要:为解决三纬组合全显提花织物结构中全显技术组织的设计问题,比较研究了采用不同全显技术组织的三纬组合结构的织物显色效果。以16枚5飞纬面缎纹为基础组织,设计3种具有不同全显技术点数的三纬组合织物结构,并对3种组合结构的最小值组织库进行织物色卡织造和测色。通过比较不同织物色卡组的明度值、明度差以及色差等数据表明,采用一纬二点全显技术组织的三纬组合结构,其色卡织物的明度差和色差在三者中均最低,具有最稳定的渐变显色效果。研究结果为组合全显提花织物结构中全显技术组织的优选设计提供参考。In order to solve the design problem of full-color weave in the triple-weft jacquard fabric structure,this study comparatively analyzed the fabric color mixed effects of three groups of compound structure with different full-color point numbers.Based on the 16-end 5-step number sateen weave,three compound structures and their shaded-weave databases were created,then fabric specimens were produced and their color value were measured.By comparing the color value of fabric groups,it is shown that the compound fabric structure using full-color weave with two full-color points in one weft has the lowest average lightness difference and color difference values among the three fabric groups.The results provide practical evidences for the optimization design of full-color weave in the compound fabric structure with triple-weft.
