摘 要:针织圆纬机编织过程中,牵拉卷取机构的结构和性能对织物质量有很大影响,为此,针对提花编织时针织圆纬机现有的机械式牵拉卷取机构和开环电子式牵拉卷取机构牵拉力偏差大,易导致织物密度不均匀,表面不平整,甚至出现织物组织结构被破坏等问题,提出了一种针织圆纬机牵拉张力闭环控制方法,在开环电子式牵拉卷取机构的基础上进行优化设计,结合嵌入式技术、智能控制技术和现代传感器技术,开发了针织圆纬机牵拉张力闭环控制系统。详细阐述了牵拉卷取机构的结构优化以及控制系统的硬件设计和软件开发。经过理论分析和实际测试证实,张力闭环控制系统实时性好,牵拉张力动态稳定,可满足编织过程中织物平整度要求,设计方案合理可行。During the braiding process of circular knitting machine,the structure and properties of drawing and rolling-up mechanism affect fabric quality seriously.Therefore,how to keep cloth constant drawing tension is the core research of drawing and rolling-up mechanism.In order to solve the uneven fabric density problem,uneven surface and even damaging to the fabric structure in jacquard weaving caused by big deviation of the mechanical and open-loop electronic formula control system in the drawing tension,a closed loop control method of drawing tension was proposed.To optimize the open-loop electronic formula drawing and rolling-up mechanism,combined with embedded technology,intelligent control technology and modern sensor technology,a drawing tension closed-loop control system of circular knitting machine was developed.The optimization design of the drawing and rolling mechanism was expounded and the hardware and software of control system was developed.Through theoretical analysis and practical test,tension closed-loop control system has a good real-time performance,rolling tension dynamic stability,meeting the demands of fabric smoothness.The design is reasonable and feasible.
