摘 要:介绍分子蒸馏技术的基本原理和技术特点。选用分子蒸馏技术的目的是更好地提高真空泵润滑油的产品质量,通过对比方式了解传统减压蒸馏与分子蒸馏的区别,包括生产工艺、技术参数及设备。根据物料的分离要求,分子蒸馏可以选择单级或多级分子蒸馏设备,在高真空条件下可以生产出各种规格的真空泵润滑油,使真空泵润滑油的质量得到更好的窄馏分、闪点高、馏程分布均匀,较低的挥发性和极高的真空度。In this paper,the basic principle and technical characteristics of molecular distillation technology are introduced.The purpose of selecting molecular distillation technology is to improve the product quality of vacuum pump lubricating oil,and to understand the differences between traditional vacuum distillation and molecular distillation by means of comparison,that is,production process,technical parameters and equipment.According to the separation requirements of materials,molecular distillation can select single or multistage molecular distillation equipment.Under high vacuum conditions,it can produce various kinds of vacuum pump lubricating oil,so that the quality of vacuum pump lubricating oil can get better narrow fraction,and the flash point is high.The range distribution is uniform,the volatility is low and the limit vacuum is very high.
