摘　　要：诸多原因使得中国学校体育和体育课程教学改革效果不佳、进展不大,诸多难题依然困扰着青少年身心健康,中国学校体育与体育课程改革需要新高度、新思路、新团队、新平台和新工作。笔者所在的"全国学校体育联盟(教学改革)"自2013年12月成立以来,进行了卓有成效的工作,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。全国学校体育联盟(教学改革)最有特色的工作体现在"10+10"的教改工程上。其中"10"是针对学校体育的"内涵性问题"或"本源性问题"而进行的改革工作,而"+10"是针对学校体育的"外延性问题"或"战线性问题"而进行的改革工作。笔者就重点介绍教改联盟对学校体育的10个"内涵性问题"的问题意识和教改思路以及所作的具体工作,以求对学校体育同仁的研究有所启发和参考。There are a number of reasons why Chinese school sports and physical education reform have not been so well.Many problems still affect the physical and mental health of young people.The reform of physical education and PE course in Chinese schools needs new height,new thinking,new team,new platform and new work.The national school physical education leagues(educational reform),which the authors work with,has done a fruitful job and got remarkable achievements,since it was founded in December of 2013.The distinctive work is the“10+10”educational reform projects,in which“10”focuses on the school sports connotation issues and“+10”concentrates on the school sports denotation issues.This paper focuses on the problem consciousness,the reform thoughts and the specific work of the 10 connotation issues,in order to give inspiration and references to the school physical education colleagues.
