摘 要:在现代化学工业的发展时态下,溴代反应在有机合成领域中占据重要地位,各类溴代反应的化学品与合成产物在人们的生产与生活中得到了广泛的应用。传统溴代反应的方法直接使用液溴,但由于液溴的腐蚀性、挥发性等化学特征,使得反应速率加快,原子利用率下降,还会造成污染环境;另一种是通过溴盐与氧化剂发生氧化还原反应制备。本文简述现代新型溴代反应发展,研究硅胶支载三溴喹啉(SQTB)对芳香胺及酮类化合物的选择性溴代反应实验应用,探索高效率、环境友好型的溴代反应应用。With the development of modern chemical industry,bromination reaction occupies an important position in the field of organic synthesis,and various chemicals and synthetic products of bromination reaction have been widely used in people's production and life.The traditional bromination reaction method directly uses liquid bromine,whild due to the chemical characteristics of corrosive and volatile of liquid bromine,the reaction rate is accelerated,the atomic utilization rate is decreased,and the environment is polluted.The other way is to prepare it by redox reaction between bromine salt and oxidant.This paper briefly describes the development of modern new bromination reaction,studies the experimental application of selective bromination of silica-supported quinolinium tribromide(SQTB)to aromatic amines and ketones,and explores the application of efficient and environmentally friendly bromination reaction.
