摘 要:基于企业核心能力理论,分析了A油田后勤企业劳务外包的现状及存在的问题,并根据A油田后勤企业业务的重要性和市场成熟度对后勤业务进行分类,然后针对服务类后勤业务设计了完全外包的业务模式,同时针对辅助类后勤业务设计了劳务派遣与劳务外包相结合的外包模式。研究结果显示:采用外包业务模式一方面有利于企业把资源投入核心业务,增强企业竞争力,另一方面有利于后勤服务专业化水平的提升。Based on the enterprise's core competence theory,this paper analyzes the status and existing problems of labor outsourcing in A Oilfield logistics companies.According to the importance of A's logistics enterprise business and market maturity,logistic services are classified.Then,the business model of complete outsourcing service is designed against the logistics business of service,while the outsourcing model combined by labor dispatch and labor outsourcing is designed aiming at auxiliary logistics business.The results show that adopting this business model is conducive to enterprises in investing resources in core business and increasing their competence,on the other hand,it is helpful to improve the professional level of logistics services.
