摘 要:赣北某地区钨矿是近期勘查发现的超大型规模钨矿床,细脉浸染型和石英大脉型构成矿区复合矿床类型。为了更好地了解该矿石的矿物嵌布特征及选矿性能指标,在磨矿细度及条件试验的基础上开展了铜钼混合浮选和钨重选流程对比试验研究,采用铜钼混选再分离工艺流程回收铜钼精矿,可获得回收率铜90.11%、钼77.24%的选矿回收指标;用铜钼硫化物尾矿作给矿,通过常温、加温浮选,粗选和精选矿石中的白钨矿,再通过摇床重选,回收黑钨矿,可获得含WO351.11%钨精矿,合计回收率70.32%的选矿指标。The vein type and quartz vein type in northern Jiangxi constitute the composite deposit type of the mining area.To better understand the mineral inlay characteristics and ore dressing performance index of the ore,we carried out a comparative experimental study on the copper-molybdenum mixed flotation and tungsten re-election process based on the grinding fineness and condition test.The copper-molybdenum mixed re-separation process is applied to recover copper-molybdenum concentrate,with the ore recovery index of copper and molybdenum reaching 90.11%and 77.24%respectively.The copper-molybdenum sulphide tailings are used for feeding,and the scheelite in the ore is coarsely selected and selected by normal temperature and heating flotation,and then re-elected by a shaker to recover the wolframite.A beneficiation index containing WO3 51.11%tungsten concentrate with a total recovery of 70.32%can be obtained.
