摘 要:研究了某型三缸发动机平衡系统粉末冶金弹性齿轮的应力应变特性。基于Pro/E建立齿轮精确的参数化模型,通过Hertz弹性理论验证了有限元分析结果的正确性。对比了同工况下弹性齿轮和全金属齿轮应力与应变情况。研究结果表明,弹性齿轮能够降低齿轮轮齿接触应力24%;采用正交实验设计的方法分析并得到了橡胶硬度、厚度和宽度参数对弹性齿轮应力与应变的影响及规律,结合工程实际确定了橡胶参数的最优组合。This paper makes a study of the stress-strain characteristics of elastic gear made by powder metallurgy in three cylinder engine balancing system and establishes,the accurate parametric model,based on Pro/E.The correctness of the finite element analysis results is verified by Hertz elastic theory.The stress and strain of the metal gear is compared with that of the elastic gear under the same working condition.It comes to the conclusion that the stress of the elastic gear tooth is reduced by 24%.It also analyzes the influence of rubber hardness,thickness,width on its stress and strain by orthogonal experimental design method and determines the best combination of the rubber parameters in the engineering practice.
