摘 要:以压滑动轴承为研究对象,建立了滑动轴承的理论模型和弹流润滑模型,对其润滑性能进行了数值仿真分析,探究了滑动轴承气穴效应对润滑性能的影响。研究结果表明,入口区的油膜压力与载荷呈现负相关,出口区的油膜压力与载荷呈现正相关;但是油膜厚度始终与载荷的大小呈现出负相关;膜厚与转速之间呈现出明显的正相关关系;随着气穴的位置由入口区向出口区移动,接触区的压力值逐渐增大;二次压力峰的位置随着气穴位置的移动而右移,并且压力峰数值变大;膜厚呈现出的趋势与压力相反;油膜的压力与气穴尺寸之间呈现出明显的正相关,气穴范围的半径越大,油膜压力相应越大,并且接触区的压力波动幅值越大。This paper takes the sliding bearing as object of study,establishes its theoretical model and elastohydrodynamic lubrication model,does the numercal simulation analysis of the lubrication performance and makes a study of the influence of its cavitation effect on the lubrication performance.The results show that a negative correlation apperrs between the oil film pressure and the load in the entrance area and a positive correlation appears between the oil film pressure in the exit area and the load.However,the negative correlation always appears between the thickness of the oil film and the load and the positive correlation obviously appears between the film thickness and the speed.As the position of the air pocket moves from the inlet zone to the outlet zone,the contact zone pressure gradually increases.As the secondary pressure peak value moves to the right of the cavitation position,the pressure peak value becomes the highest and the trend of the membrane thickness is opposite to that of the pressure.The positive correlation obviously appears between the pressure of the oil film and the size of the cavitation point,the larger the radius of the cavitation range is the higher the oil film pressure,and the greater the amplitude of the pressure fluctuation is in the contact zone.
