摘　　要：针对全自动编带机编带过程中0603型绿色贴片LED的方向检测,提出了利用MeanShift图像分割法首先对芯片进行图像分割,然后利用Krisch边缘检测算法、Prewitt边缘检测算法和高斯拉普拉斯边缘检测算法分别对芯片进行边缘检测,提取芯片的轮廓特征。实验对比表明,能够通过采用MeanShift图像分割法对芯片进行分割,再利用高斯拉普拉斯边缘检测算法提取芯片的轮廓特征的方法,判别0603型绿色贴片LED的方向。For the direction detection of the 0603 type of green patch LED in the braiding process of the automatic taping machine,this paper uses MeanShift image segmentation algorithm for the chip to segment the image,and then uses the Krisch edge detection algorithm,Prewitt edge detection algorithm and Gauss Laplasse algorithm for the chip to detect the edge,thus extracting its contour feature.The experimental result shows that MeanShift image segmentation algorithm is used to segment the chip and its contour feature is extracted by using the Gauss Laplasse algorithm,thus discriminating the edge direction detection of 0603 type Green Patch LED.
