摘  要:为研究内肋平板通道的强化传热机理,本文建立了三种不同形状的内肋几何模型,采用CFD技术对以水为流体的平板通道内的强化传热性能进行数值模拟,基于场协同原理对其速度与温度梯度的协同效果和速度与压降梯度的协同效果进行分析和比较,并且基于耗散理论对其强化传热进行优化分析,通过分析强化传热综合性能评价因子获得层流条件下强化传热情况最好的内肋平板通道模型,为平板通道工程应用的节能优化设计和科学研究提供参考依据。In order to strengthen the heat transfer mechanism of rib plate channel research,this paper established three different shapes of the inner rib geometry model based on Water Numerical Simulation of fluid within the channel plate heat transfer performance using CFD technology,the field synergy principle of the velocity and the temperature gradient of the association based on synergistic effect with the effect of speed and pressure drop the gradient are analyzed and compared,and the entransy dissipation theory to optimize the analysis based on the heat transfer,through the analysis of strengthening the comprehensive performance evaluation factor of heat transfer enhancement of heat transfer in the best rib plate channel model under laminar flow conditions,flat channel engineering energy saving optimization design and provide reference for scientific research.
