摘　　要：智能手机普及产生了废旧手机回收新课题。在梳理与总结当前废旧手机回收模式基础上,结合SDN理论,提出废旧手机回收SDN模式。研究表明:SDN模式与传统回收模式相比,其多功能性拓展了废旧手机回收业务范围;网络性和完全开放性扩大了合作范围、增强了相关企业响应废旧手机回收市场的敏捷性;动态稳定性使合作体具备了动态淘汰机制。SDN模式借助第三方网络平台面向全球展开动态稳定合作,优化了废旧手机回收资源配置效率,能够满足不同类型手机用户的回收需求。同时,有利于企业自身发展,提高废旧手机回收率。The popularization of smart phones brings a new problem on recycling discarded cellphones.By summarizing the current recycling models of discarded cellphones and integrating SDN theory,this paper puts forward a SDN model of recycling discarded cellphones.The research has the following findings:first,compared with traditional models,the SDN model expands the business scope of recycling discarded cellphones with its multi-functionality;second,the network and the full openness expand the cooperation scale and enhance the agility of relevant enterprises in response to the recycling market;third,the dynamic stability gives the cooperative body a dynamic elimination mechanism.The paper suggests that the SDN model,by seeking global dynamic stable cooperation on the third-party network platform,optimizes the allocation efficiency of recycling resources,meets the recycling demands from different types of cellphone users and enhances the recycling efficiency and the development of the enterprises.
