摘　　要：为了对比不同压力式比例混合器结构特性对泡沫比例混合性能的影响,对孔板式、文丘里式及阻水器式三种不同结构的压力式比例混合器工作原理、结构特点及性能进行了研究,对比了三种结构压力式比例混合器的结构差异和优缺点,并利用相同的限定结构条件及试验条件对三种比例混合器进行混合比、压力损失的试验验证和数据分析,明确不同结构特性压力式比例混合器的性能特点,为设计生产和实际使用提供参考。In order to compare the influence of the structural characteristics of different pressure proportioners on the mixing performance of the foam ratio,the working principle,structural characteristics and performance of three different pressure proportionersas hole plate,Venturi type and water hindrance type were studied,and the structure difference,advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of structural pressure proportioners were compared.Under the same restrictive structure conditions and test conditions,the mixing ratio and pressure loss of the three kinds of proportioners were tested and analyzed,the performance characteristics were analyzed,which provide references for design,production and practical use.
