摘  要:分别以正压式和吸气式手提式泡沫灭火器产生的泡沫,研究水成膜泡沫灭火剂对正戊烷等5种低沸点、易挥发、非水溶性有机液体的抑蒸性能,探索影响泡沫抑蒸能力的因素。试验表明:正压式泡沫的抑蒸效果明显高于吸气式泡沫,燃料的挥发性越大,两者差距越大;泡沫层厚度至少达到60 mm才能起到高效抑蒸效果;泡沫覆盖液面后,储罐内上风向的油气浓度最高,下风向次之;水溶性高分子对泡沫抑蒸性能有不同的影响。The volatilization inhibition ability of aqueous filmforming foam(AFFF)to five kinds of low boiling point,volatile and water-insoluble organic liquid like Heptane was studied.The AFFF was prepared by compressed gas foam extinguisher and aspirating type foam extinguisher.The factors that influenced on the volatilization inhibition ability were researched.The results showed that the volatilization inhibition ability of compressed gas foam was obviously higher than that of aspirating type foam,and the greater the volatility of fuel,the greater the difference between the volatilization inhibition ability of the two kinds of foam.The high volatilization inhibition ability occurred when the foam layer thickness was up to 60 mm.After the oil surface was covered by the foam,the maximum value of oil gas concentration occurred on the upward wind direction inside the storage tank wall,and the second maximum value occurred in the downward wind direction outside the storage tank wall.Water-soluble polymers have effects with different extents on the volatilization inhibition ability of AFFF.
