摘 要:总结组织消防体系可靠性的4种研究范式,重点分析了以智慧消防为代表的信息化研究面临的问题。提出了以建设高可靠性组织消防体系为目标和愿景,基于可靠性论证以差异化实施策略推进智慧消防建设,解决长期遗留的消防隐患问题,构建五位一体的系统组织架构,推动开展智慧消防的顶层设计,提高建设成效。Four kinds of research paradigms of organization firefighting system reliability were summarized.The problems of information study,which takes the intelligent firefighting as representation,were focused on.It was suggested that taking building high reliability organization firefighting system as the target,and based on the reliability demonstration,push the intelligent firefighting construction by differential implementation strategy.The fire hazard should be solved firstly,and then system organizational structure which is five in one should be built,to push the top-level design of intelligent firefighting,and improve the construction results.
