CO_2增透预裂强化煤层瓦斯抽采的试验研究

摘  要:采用本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔CO_2增透预裂技术能够增加煤层透气性,提高抽采率,通过在官地矿的现场试验得出:CO_2增透预裂后各钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度均明显增大,单孔抽采浓度能达到50%以上,大部分预裂钻孔的瓦斯抽采浓度较未预裂钻孔均有大幅提高,随着抽采时间的延长,瓦斯抽采浓度稳定在28%~55%,而邻近未实施CO_2增透预裂的工作面煤层瓦斯抽采浓度在15%~28%.采用CO_2预裂后本煤层瓦斯抽放量比未经预裂的临近工作面明显增大,最大值为1. 501 m^3/min,每日平均抽采量为1. 297 m^3/min,平均单孔抽采量为0. 008 m^3/min;而临近工作面未采取增透预裂措施,相应的数据分别是:1. 119 m^3/min,0. 852 m^3/min,和0. 003 m^3/min.预裂钻孔单孔瓦斯抽采量较未预裂钻孔提高了1. 67倍。By using the technology of in-seam gas drainage and CO 2 reinforcement and pre-crack to increase the permeability of coal seam,and improve the drainage effect.Field experiment shows that:The gas concentration of each borehole is obviously increased after the CO 2 reinforcement and pre-crack,the concentration of single-borehole extraction can reach more than half of the original,gas concentration in most of the boreholes with pre-splitting improved significantly.With the time passing,the gas concentration stabilized at 28%~55%,while the gas concentration in adjacent zone without CO 2 reinforcement remains at 15%~28/%.The amount of gas drained in the coal seam is obviously bigger than that of non-pre-cracked working face,and the maximum reached to 1.501 m^3/min,the average daily amount is 1.297 m^3/min,the average amount for single borehole is 0.008 m^3/min;while in the area near the non-pre-cracked working face,the corresponding figures are 1.119 m^3/min,0.852 m^3/min and 0.003 m^3/min respectively.The former is 1.67 times higher than that of the latter.
