玉屏风散联合重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的研究

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风散联合重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床效果及对血清免疫球蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的影响。方法将140例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为2组,对照组70例给予重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗,观察组70例在对照组治疗基础上加用玉屏风散治疗,统计2组临床疗效和随访发作情况,观察治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、IGF-1水平及临床症状评分变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组随访发作次数和病程均显著少于对照组(P均<0. 05);观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、Ig G、IgA、Ig M和IGF-1水平均显著提高(P均<0. 05),CD8+水平显著降低(P <0. 05),观察组治疗后以上指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0. 05);2组反复外感、面黄少华、形体消瘦、肌肉松软及少气懒言评分均显著降低(P均<0. 05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论玉屏风散联合重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染可有效控制疾病发作,缩短临床病程,改善机体免疫功能,并有助于上调IGF-1水平。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined with recombinant human interferonα-1b inhalation in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and its effect on serum immunoglobulin and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1).Methods 140 children with repeated respiratory infections were randomly divided into 2 groups.70 patients in the control group were treated with recombinant human interferonα-1b inhalation.70 patients in the observation group were treated with Yupingfeng Powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and follow-up episodes of the two groups were analyzed.The changes of the levels of T lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgG,IgM,IGF-1 and clinical symptom score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of follow-up episodes and course of disease of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgG,IgA,IgM and IGF-1 after treatment were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of CD8+was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the improvement of the above indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of repeated infection,sallow complexion,thin and weak,muscle weakness and lack of energy were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng Powder combined with recombinant human interferonα-1b inhalation can effectively control the onset of disease,shorten the clinical course,improve the body’s immune function,and help to up-regulate IGF-1 levels in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
