成人腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析传统手术疝修补术和无张力疝修补术对成人腹股沟疝气临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年9月~2017年9月在我院接受治疗的100例成人腹股沟疝患者,分为观察组(50例,无张力疝修补)和对照组(50例,传统手术疝修补)。分析两组患者的一般临床资料、手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症、术后半年复发率等情况。结果观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率、复发率都显著优于对照组[(73.80±3.19)min vs.(59.60±3.95)min],[(45.40±4.20)mL vs.(29.10±4.36)mL],[(7.90±1.20)d vs.(5.40±0.97)d],[26.0%vs. 8.0%],[6%vs. 0%](P<0.05)。住院费用对照组(2.39±0.53),观察组(2.27±0.45),两组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论成人腹股沟疝气无张力修补术具有手术时间及住院时间短,术后并发症及复发率低等优势,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of tension-free hernioplasty performed on adults with inguinal hernia.Methods:Totally,100 adults with inguinal hernia were admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2017.They were divided into control group(n=50)and test group(n=50).Patients in test group were treated with tension-free hernioplasty,while patients in control group were treated with traditional hernioplasty.The operation time,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,postoperative complication,and postoperative recurrence rate within six months,were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,peri-operative bleeding,hospitalization time,postoperative complication,and postoperative recurrence rate in test group were significant better than those in control group[(73.80±3.19)min vs.(59.60±3.95)min],[(45.40±4.20)mL vs.(29.10±4.36)mL],[(7.90±1.20)d vs.(5.40±0.97)d],[(26.0%)vs.(8.0%)],[(6%)vs.(0%)],respectively(P<0.05).However,the hospitalization expenses in control group was(2.39±0.53)m,and in test group was(2.27±0.45)m with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:It shows that adults with inguinal hernia treated with tension-free hernioplasty,has advantages for clinical treatment including short operating time and hospitalization time,less postoperative complication and postoperative recurrence rate.
