摘  要:以芍药切花‘春晓’为材料,研究其瓶插期生理生化的变化。结果表明,芍药‘春晓’切花在瓶插过程中水分平衡值均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,瓶插第2d达到最高值,1.5 mg·g-1FM·d-1;膜透性随着瓶插时间的延长而升高,O2-生成速率持续上升,SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量呈先上升后下降的趋势。Peony cut Flowers,‘Chunxiao’,was used to study its physiological and biochemical changes during the vase-holding.The results showed that water balance values increased at first and then declined,and the maximum was 1.5 mg·g^-1FM·d^-1.During the vase-holding,the membrane permeability and generating rate of O2-increased continuously.The SOD activity and soluble protein content first increased then decreased.
