摘 要:目的:建立泌感合剂中槲皮素、山柰素的含量测定方法,并对泌感合剂进行质量评价。方法:Agilent ZORBAX C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶0.4%磷酸(48∶52),检测波长360 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:槲皮素、山柰素分别在0.0170~0.1705和0.0057~0.0573 mg·mL^(-1)范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性方程分别为Y=657.1X-1.273,r=0.9995;Y=642X-0.748,r=0.9995。槲皮素和山柰素的平均回收率分别为93.35%和95.00%,RSD分别为1.61%和1.25%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、准确、数据可靠,可作为泌感合剂质量评价和控制的依据。Objective:To establish a method for determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Mi-gan Mixture,and to evaluate the quality of Mi-gan Mixture.Methods:An Agilent C18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid(48∶52)and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm.The column temperature was 30℃and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results:For quercetin and kaempferol,good linear relationships occurred in the ranges of 0.0170-0.1705 mg·mL-1 and 0.0057-0.0573 mg·mL-1,respectively.The linear equations were Y=657.1X-1.273,r=0.9995 and Y=642X-0.748,r=0.9995,respectively.The average recoveries of quercetin and kaempferol were 93.35%and 95.00%,with RSDs of 1.61%and 1.26%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used as the basis for the quality evaluation and control of Mi-gan Mixture.
