临床药师参与1例霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗及用药分析

摘　　要：临床药师参与了一例霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗过程,协助医师制定ABVD(多柔比星、博来霉素、长春碱、达卡巴嗪)标准联合化疗方案,疗效部分缓解。由于化疗过程中患者疾病进展,经多次放疗、化疗情况仍不佳,临床药师分析病情建议医生选用抗肿瘤新药Keytruda,制定个体化的治疗方案,确定给药途径、给药剂量、给药时间、给药间隔,对患者出现的药物不良反应查找解决途径。临床药师对医患进行新药用药介绍,对患者进行全程化用药监护,提高其用药依从性和安全性。事实证明,在促进新药合理使用、制定个体化用药方案、对患者进行用药教育等方面,临床药师发挥着重要的作用,有助于用药的安全性和合理性。Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of one case of Hodgkin’s lymphoma and assisted doctors in establishing ABVD(doxorubicin,bleomycin,vinblastine and dacarbazine)standard combined chemotherapy regimens and the result was partial response.Due to the progression of the disease even after multiple courses of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,clinical pharmacists conducted case analysis and recommended the doctors to use Keytruda,a new anti-tumor drug,with a more personalized treatment plan for the patient specifying the dose and the route,time and interval of administration.Clinical pharmacists actively sought solutions to treat the adverse drug reactions occurred during the course of treatment.Clinical pharmacists educated doctors,nurses and the patient about the new drug.The patient was monitored throughout the course of medication to improve compliance and safety.The results proved that pharmacy care played an important role in guiding doctors and patients to use drugs,promoting rational use of new drugs and establishing individualized medication plans.It is helpful to the safety and rationality of medications.
