地西他滨致脱髓鞘脑病1例

摘　　要：一患者使用地西他滨治疗后反应迟钝,精神差,易冲动,影像学检查提示发生脱髓鞘性改变,给予甲强龙1000 mg治疗4天,并补充甲钴胺、电解质等,患者病情逐渐好转。本文从地西他滨导致脱髓鞘脑病的原因与治疗等进行分析讨论,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。In this case,the patient became slow,weak and impulsive after treatment with decitabine.The imaging examination showed demyelinating changes.The patient was treated with methylprednisolone for 4 days,meanwhile mecobalamin and electrolyte were supplemented,and the patient’s condition gradually improved.The adverse reactions of decitabine,the causes and treatment of demyelination were analyzed and discussed in order to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs.
