摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶自蔓延法,以La_2O_3,和Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O为原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,制备出纳米级别LaFeO_3粉体。对制备的干凝胶和纳米粉体采用热分析(DTA/TG),X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)检测方法进行检测分析。分别探讨了溶液金属离子与柠檬酸比例对凝胶的形成影响,煅烧温度对LaFeO_3晶相的形成及晶粒尺寸大小的影响。研究结果表明,当柠檬酸与金属离子摩尔比例为1∶1时制备的干凝胶,引燃温度300℃,然后900℃保温1 h,可以得到尺寸大小在55~70 nm的单相LaFeO_3纳米粒子。LaFeO 3 nanocrystalline powders were prepared by self-propagating combustion method of Sol-Gel.La 2 O 3 and Fe(NO 3)3·9H 2 O were used as raw materials and citric acid was used as complexing agent.The prepared dry gels and nano powders were detected by thermal analysis(DTA/TG),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The effect of the ratio of metal ions and citric acid on the formation of gels,and the influence of calcination temperature on the formation of LaFeO 3 crystal phases and the size of crystallites were investigated.The results show that the dry gel with the ratio of metal ions to citric ions was 1∶1 almost burned completely when the temperature was 300℃,then kept at 900℃for 1 h to obtain single-phase LaFeO 3 nano-powders with size range of 55-70 nm.
