摘 要:为了优化橡胶树脱分化培养体系,以橡胶树品种云研77-2的花药和胚珠作为外植体,在不同激素水平下对其花药和胚珠进行愈伤组织诱导研究,进一步观察其污染与褐化情况。结果表明,2,4-D对花药愈伤组织培养起主导性的作用,橡胶树云研77-2花药愈伤培养最适培养基为改良MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L KT。花药、胚珠污染与褐化试验中,胚珠培养污染和褐化率高于花药培养,且细菌、真菌污染率高于褐化率。In order to optimize the dedifferentiation culture system of rubber tree,anther and ovule of Yunyan 77-2 rubber tree species were used as explants to study the induction of anther callus by different hormone levels,and to further observe their pollution browning,The results showed that 2,4-D played a dominant role in anther callus culture.The optimum culture medium of rubber tree Yunyan 77-2 anther culture was MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L KT.In anther and ovule browning test,the browning rate of ovule culture was higher than that of anther culture,and the contamination rate of bacteria and fungi was higher than that of browning.
