摘  要:将恒粘天然橡胶SCR5cv和SCR10cv用于胎冠配方和胎体配方进行试验,并与马来西亚20号标准胶(SMR20)和普通国产20号标准胶(SCR10)进行了对比。结果表明,SCR5cv的Po和门尼粘度最小,PRI最高;SCR10纯胶配方硫化胶的拉伸强度最高。胎冠、胎体配方试验表明,以SCR5cv、SCR10cv为原料得到的硫化胶拉伸强度、撕裂强度、回弹性等关键性能与使用SCR10和SMR20时性能相当;SCR5cv配方经热氧老化后性能仍较好。对于钢丝帘线粘合力,SCR5cv、SCR10cv为原料的胎体配方要高于SCR10和SMR20,且SCR5cv配方的耐盐水老化性能优异。The application of two kinds of constant viscidity natural rubber(SCR5cv and SCR10cv)in tires were studied and compared with Malaysia 20#natural rubber(SMR20)and Chinese 10#natural rubber(SCR10).The results showed that P0 and Mooney viscosity of SCR5cv were both the lowest,while PRI was the highest among the four kinds of NR.After being vulcanized,the tensile strength of SCR10 was slightly larger than the other three NR.When used in tire crown compound and carcass compound,the mechanical properties of SCR5cv and SCR10cv were similar with that of SCR10 and SMR20,but SCR5cv express bettor hot air aging resistance.For the adhesion of steel cord,SCR5cv and SCR10cv in tire carcass compound were both higher than SCR10 and SMR20.SCR5cv showed excellent properties particularly after salt water aging.
