摘　　要：鼻饲给药已成为肠内营养常规的一项护理操作,在国外已有临床实践指南,本研究从药物选择、药物制备、给药操作等方面综述国外鼻饲给药临床实践及理论依据,以期为国内鼻饲给药规范实施提供借鉴。nasogastric dosing has become a routine nursing practice for enteral nutrition.There are clinical practice guidelines in foreign countries.This study reviewed the clinical practice and theoretical basis of foreign nasogastric dosing from the aspects of drug selection,drug preparation and drug administration,in order to provide the reference for the implementation of nasogastric dosing in China.
