青年精神分裂症病人病耻感与自尊、心理弹性相关性及其影响因素

摘　　要：[目的]探讨青年精神分裂症病人病耻感与自尊、心理弹性的相关性及其影响因素。[方法]选取大庆市第三医院病人200例,进行精神疾病内化病耻感量表(ISMI)、罗森伯格自尊量表(SES)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)的调查。[结果]200例精神分裂症病人中无病耻感10.0%,轻度26.5%,中度53.0%,重度10.5%,病耻感评分为74.65分±10.52分,高于国内常模(P<0.05);自尊和心理弹性得分均低于国内常模(均P<0.001),并与病耻感均呈负相关(r=-0.402,r=-0.318)。多重线性回归分析结果表明,病程越长病职感越低(β=-0.200),年龄越小(β=-0.227)、复发次数越多(β=0.462),病耻感越强。[结论]青年精神分裂症病人普遍存在不同程度病耻感,并且病程越长病耻感感知越低,复发次数越多病耻感感知越强。Objective:To investigate the correlation between stigma and self esteem,mental resilience,and related factors in young patients with schizophrenics.Methods:A total of 200 patients from the Third Hospital of Daqing City were selected and investigated with Internalized stigma of mental illness scale(ISMI),Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale(SES),and Connor Davidson Resilience Scale(CD RISC).Results:Among 200 young patients with schizophrenia,there was 10%with no stigma,26.5%with mild stigma,53%with moderate stigma,and 10.5%with severe stigma.The score of stigma was(74.65±10.52),which was higher than the domestic norm(P<0.05).Both self esteem and mental resilience scores were lower than the domestic norm(P<0.001),and were negatively correlated with the stigma(r=-0.402,r=-0.318).Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that the longer the disease course was,the lower the stigma perception was(β=-0.200).The smaller the ago(β=-0.227),the more times of relapse were(β=0.462),the stronger stigma perception was.Conclusions:Young patients with schizophrenics generally had varied degrees of stigma,and the longer the course of the disease was,the lower the stigma perception was;the more times of relapse was,the stronger stigma was.
