摘  要:[目的]探讨居家认知训练对改善轻度认知障碍病人认知功能的效果。[方法]将58例轻度认知障碍病人随机分为对照组和观察组各29例,对照组实施常规出院指导和随访,观察组在此基础上进行居家认知训练。在出院时和出院6个月后采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale,MoCA)、日常生活能力评定(Barthel)对病人的认知功能进行评价。[结果]观察组出院6个月后MMSE评分、MoCA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),但Barthel评分未见明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]对轻度认知障碍病人实施居家认知训练,能显著改善病人认知功能,延缓认知障碍的进展。Objective:To explore the effect of home based cognitive training on improving cognitive function in patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods:A total of 58 patients with mild cognitive impairment were randomly divided into control group and observation group,29 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine discharge guidance and follow up.The patients in observation group conducted home based cognitive training on the basis in control group.The patient′s cognitive function was evaluated at the time of discharge and 6 months after discharge using the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),and the Barthel Index(BI).Results:The MMSE score and MoCA score in observation group were higher than those in control group after 6 months of discharge(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in Barthel score(P>0.05).Conclusions:Through the implementation of home based cognitive training for patients with mild cognitive impairment,the cognitive function of patients could significantly be improved,and the progress of cognitive impairment could be delayed.
