摘　　要：[目的]基于三维质量结构模式构建精神科开放病房护理质量评价指标体系,确立各指标权重系数,从而科学、客观地对精神科开放病房护理质量进行评价。[方法]查阅国内外大量相关文献,结合半结构式访谈,初步构建精神科开放病房护理质量评价指标体系雏形;选取专家33名,进行两轮德尔菲专家咨询,对各指标进行评价;采用层次分析法对各指标进行权重分析,最终确定精神科开放病房护理质量评价指标体系。[结果]构建的精神科开放病房护理质量护理质量评价指标体系,包括一级指标3个,二级指标12个,三级指标81个;一级指标中,环节质量的权重系数最高,为0.539 0。[结论]本研究构建的精神科开放病房护理质量评价指标体系较科学合理,可为评价精神科开放病房护理质量提供可靠的依据,从而规范护理行为,提升护理质量。Objective:To establish the evaluation index system for nursing quality of psychiatric open ward based on the three dimension quality structure model and weight coefficient of all indexes,in order to evaluate the nursing quality of psychiatric open ward scientifically and objectively.Methods:A large number of related literatures abroad and at home were reviewed,and semi structured interviews were combined to construct the prototype of the quality evaluation index system for psychiatric open wards.A total of 33 experts were selected to conduct two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to evaluate each index.The analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the weight of all indexes to finally determine the evaluation index system for the nursing quality of psychiatric open wards.Results:The constructed quality evaluation index system for nursing quality of psychiatric open wards included 3 first level indicators,12 second level indicators and 81 third level indicators.In the first level indicators,the weight coefficient of link quality was the highest(0.539 0).Conclusions:The evaluation index system for nursing quality of psychiatric open wards constructed in this study was scientific and reasonable,which could provide a reliable basis for evaluating the nursing quality of psychiatric open ward,thus standardizing nursing behavior and improving nursing quality.
