房山区失眠人群中医体质流行病学调查研究

摘　　要：目的:对房山区失眠患者进行相关调查,房山区失眠患者中医体质特点及分别在男性和女性患者中的分布情况。方法:通过填写匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表及中医体质量表,对房山区失眠人群的中医体质类型进行调查分析。结果:1)男性和女性中医体质的分布:男性例数:痰湿质258例、湿热质161例、气虚质51例、阴虚质41例、瘀血质37例、气郁质27例、阳虚质25例、平和质7例、特禀质6例;女性:气郁质377例、气虚质216例、阳虚质182例、痰湿质171例、阴虚质56例、瘀血质49例、湿热质22例、平和质5例、特禀质5例。2)900例患者中医体质的分布所占比例在10%以上的有痰湿质(25.29%)、气郁质(23.82%)、气虚质(15.74%)、阳虚质(12.21%)、湿热质(10.79%)。3)900例失眠患者体质中个体兼具2种体质的分布情况在7%以上的有(顺序从高到低排列)气虚质+气郁质(8.22%);痰湿质+湿热质(7.89%)。男性最多的是痰湿质+湿热质(7.56%)。女性最多的是气虚质+气郁质(8.00%)。结论:1)失眠患者体质分布以痰湿质、气郁质、气虚质、阳虚质、湿热质最为多见。男性和女性失眠患者在中医体质分布方面存在差异,男性以痰湿质+湿热质最为多见;女性则以气郁质+气虚质最为多见。2)个体兼具2种体质患者以气虚质+气郁质和痰湿质+湿热质最为多见。男性和女性也存在差异,男性以痰湿质+湿热质最为多见;女性以气虚质+气郁质最为多见。Objective:To summarize and analyze raditional Chinese medicine constitution characteristics of insomnia patients in Fangshan District;Distribution of physical features of TCM among patients with insomnia in Fangshan District in male and female patients respectively.Methods:The physical types of Chinese medicine in insomniac people in fangshan area were investigated and analyzed by means of field investigation,filling in the“Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale”and the“body quality table of traditional Chinese medicine”.Results:Among the 900 patients with insomnia:1)Distribution of Chinese medicine constitution in men and women(from high to low number of cases):Male cases:258 cases of TanShi zhi,161 cases of ShiRe Zhi,51 cases of QiXu Zhi,41 cases of YinXu Zhi,37 cases of YuXue Zhi,27 cases of QiYu Zhi,25 cases of Yang Xu Zhi,7 cases of PingHe Zhi and 6 cases of TeBing Zhi:Females:377 cases of QiYu Zhi,216 cases of QiXu Zhi,182 cases of Yang Xu Zhi,171 cases of TanShi zhi,56 cases of YinXu Zhi,49 cases of YuXue Zhi,22 cases of ShiRe Zhi,5 cases of PingHe Zhi,and 5 cases of TeBing Zhi.2)The distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution in 900 patients with more than 10%was TanShi zhi(25.29%),QiYu Zhi(23.82%),QiXu Zhi(15.74%),Yang Xu Zhi(12.21%),ShiRe Zhi(10.79%).3)In 900 patients with insomnia,the distribution of 1 person with 2 kinds of constitution which more than 7%(the number of cases was arranged from high to low)and the QiYu Zhi and QiXu Zhi(8.22%);TanShi zhi and ShiRe Zhi(7.89%).The largest number of men are:TanShi zhi and ShiRe Zhi(7.56%).The largest number of women are:QiXu Zhi and QiYu Zhi(8.00%).Conclusion:1)Insomnia patients with physical distribution of TanShi zhi、QiYu Zhi、QiXu Zhi、Yang Xu Zhi、ShiRe Zhi are the most common.There are differences in the physical distribution of TCM among men and women with insomnia:men are most often found in TanShi zhi and ShiRe Zhi;Women are the most common in terms of QiXu Zhi and QiYu Zhi.2)1 Patients with 2 kinds of physical fitness are t
