高渗盐液对急诊重度脑外伤并休克的临床治疗效果及对患者睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊重度脑外伤并休克行高渗盐液治疗的临床效果及对患者睡眠产生的影响。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月福建省立医院收治的重度脑外伤并休克患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者和观察组患者分别进行林格氏液、甘露醇溶液及静脉滴注高渗盐液治疗。观察并比较2组患者不同时间生命体征与尿量、不同睡眠情况。结果:观察组患者30 min、2 h的呼吸、心率、尿量、平均动脉压明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);同时匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:急诊重度脑外伤并休克行高渗盐液治疗,临床效果突出,改善患者睡眠质量。Objective:Emergency severe brain trauma and shock line hypertonic saline solution treatment the clinical effect and influence on the patients with sleep.Methods:The division of Fujian Province-owned Hospital from Dec 2015 to Dec 2016 in the form of voluntary patients with severe brain trauma and shock 90 cases as control group and observation group.Control group patients and observation group of patients for ringer′s solution,mannitol,solution and an intravenous drip hypertonic saline solution treatment.To observe and compare the two groups of patients with different time of vital signs and urine and sleep.Results:Observation group of 30 patients with min,2 h,breathing,heart rate,urine volume,mean arterial pressure is better than the control group patients(P<0.05);At the same time the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency severe brain trauma and shock line hypertonic saline solution treatment,clinical effect is outstanding,improve sleep quality.
