摘  要:针对姬塬油田注水开发地层结Ba SO4垢导致注水井吸水能力下降问题,开展岩心伤害实验、结垢过程模拟及分布规律和现场试验研究。结果表明,当注入水和地层水按最大结垢比例注入体积达到孔隙体积80倍时,结垢使岩心渗透率下降90%以上;地层结垢主要集中在注水井井筒周围5. 0 m以内。综合考虑经济成本,表明清垢解堵最佳清垢半径为5. 0 m。现场试验20口井,注水压力下降2. 0 MPa,日平均增注15 m3,有效期超过360 d增注效果较好。The water injectivity in injection wells is seriously affected by the barium sulfate formation during water flooding at Jiyuan oilfield,core permeability damage experiments,scaling process,scale distribution laws and field tests have been carried out.Study indicates that core permeability is decreased by more than 90%when the injection water and formation water are injected at the maximum scaling ratio at a volume 80 times of pore volume.And scaling are mainly distributed within 5m around the injection well borehole.Considering economical cost,the optimum radius of scale removal should be set at 5m.Test on 20 water injection wells have been done,the injection pressure decreased by 2.0MPa,daily water injection volume increased by 15m 3/d,and valid for more than 360 days.
