摘　　要：目前国内各大油田市场所使用的环形防喷器普遍存在活塞易拉缸、胶芯封零效果差及恢复通径时间长等缺点。项目结合环形防喷器的现场使用工况,针对现有环形防喷器的缺点,设计开发出了爪块式球形胶芯环形防喷器。该新型结构环形防喷器综合了Shaffer和Hydril结构环形防喷器的优点,文章详细阐述了爪块式球形胶芯环形防喷器的结构和特点,以及研制过程中解决的关键技术。试验表明,该新型结构环形防喷器满足油气田井控要求,具有密封可靠、不易拉缸、使用寿命长及拆装方便等特点。At present,the annular BOP used in various oil field markets in China has shortcomings like the cylinder easily damaged by the piston,poor sealing of the empty well,and long rubber element recovery time.Based on the working conditions of the Annular BOP,a jaw type spherical rubber element annular BOP is developed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional annular BOP.The new structure annular BOP combines the advantages of Shaffer and Hydril annular BOP s.Its structure and characteristics,and the critical issues solved by the development are described in detail.The test shows that the new structure annular BOP meets the well control requirements at oil and gas fields,having features of reliable sealing,cylinder not easily damaged by the piston,long service life and convenient assembly and disassembly.
