摘  要:YK5井位于塔里木盆地塔北隆起轮南低凸起东翼,是一口井深为7 044. 5 m的超深探井。三开尾管固井封固4 500~7 044. 5 m,井底高温高压、封固段长、多套压力层系、封固段复合井眼及水泥浆受钻井液污染严重等复杂情况,对三开小间隙尾管固井施工提出挑战。通过试验优选形成BCE型抗高温高耐压大温差水泥浆体系和BCS型高抗污染隔离液;应用壁面剪应力理论优化入井流体流变参数提高顶替效率,解决了技术难题,固井质量良好。形成了一套针对该地区复杂条件下的超深井小间隙尾管固井技术,有助于提高塔北地区超深井的固井质量。Well YK5 is an ultradeep exploratory well located at Tarim basin,7044.5m deep.The third spud is to be liner cemented at 4500-7044.5m.HPHT at the hole bottom,long cementing section,multiple pressure systems,cement slurry seriously contaminated by the drilling fluid all pose challenges on this small-clearance liner cementing.By a series of tests,BCE HPHT large temperature difference slurry system is developed,as well as BCS contamination-sustainable spacer fluid.And the rheology of the incoming fluid is optimized by using wellbore shear stress theory to improve displacement efficiency,the cementing quality is improved.This small-clearance liner cementing technology for ultradeep wells under the complicated conditions in that area will help to improve the cementing quality at Tabei area.
