摘 要:为分析野川煤业3号煤层二采区巷道的应力变化情况,采用现场实测的方法进行分析。首先对采区内的巷道支护形式和支护参数进行了系统的了解和分析,并设计了现场的观测方案,设计顶板采用1.0、1.8、3.0、8.0 m四基点式,两帮采用1.0、1.8、3.0、4.0 m四基点式。对监测的数据整理分析得到,一次采动影响巷道锚索施工初始锚固力基本都达到要求,二次采动影响巷道锚索施工初始锚固力部分能达到要求,掘进和一次采动锚索初始锚固力大,但最终稳定值一般都较初始锚固力小,一般最终稳定在3~6 t;锚杆施工质量基本都能达标,一次采动、二次采动锚杆受力较大,掘进巷道顶锚杆受力则相对较小,帮锚杆受力不超过2.6t。观测期间,锚索受力基本都能出现稳定,锚杆受力则仍处于变化中,说明锚杆对该矿回采巷道支护作用大,对受力变化适应性强。In order to analyze No.2 mining area roadway stress of No.3 coal seam in Yechuan Mining Industry,field measurement was adopted.Based on supporting form and supporting parameters of roadway,four basis points for 1.0,1.8,3.0 and 8.0 m of the roof was designed,two sides 1.0,1.8,3.0,4.0 m four point type,the first mining affecting the initial anchoring force of roadway anchor cable construction met the needs,the initial anchoring force of roadway construction affected by secondary mining can reach the requirement,the initial anchoring force of driving and primary mining anchor cable was large,but the final stability valuewas generally smaller than the initial anchoring force,and generally the final stability ywas between 3~6 t.The construction quality of anchor rod was basically up to standard.The force of primary and secondary mining anchor rod was relatively large,while that of top anchor rod in roadway was relatively small.The force of upper anchor rod does not exceeded 2.6 t.During the observation period,the force of anchor cable was basically stable,while the force of anchor bolt was still changing,which indicated that the anchor rod had great supporting effect of the mining recovery and strong adaptability to the force change.
