摘 要:介绍了近年来国内外洗油深加工现状和发展前景,并在现有洗油深加工工艺基础上提出了一种洗油深加工的新工艺。本工艺采用连续精馏技术对洗油中的萘、α-甲基萘、β-甲基萘、苊、芴等重要组分进行分离提纯,并结合高效导向筛板以及BH型高效填料技术,改善了洗油深加工过程中塔板数高、产品纯度低的现状,解决了该过程易产生的结焦、堵塔等问题。以5万t/a洗油深加工项目为例,本工艺产生的经济效益约为12 349万元/a,项目投资回收期约为7.2个月。The current situation and development prospect of deep processing of washing oil at home and abroad in recent years were introduced,and a new technology for deep processing of washing oil was proposed based on the existing deep processing technology of washing oil.The continuous distillation technology was used to separate and purify the main components in the washing oil,such as naphthalene,α-methylnaphthalene,β-methylnaphthalene,acenaphthene,fluorine and so on.High number of trays and low product purity during deep processing of washing oil were improved and some problems such as coking and tower plugging in this process were solved by combining high efficiency flow-guided sieve tray and BH type high efficiency packing technology.Taking the deep processing project of 50 000 tons per year of washing oil as an example,the economic benefit was about 123.49 million RMB per year,and the payback period of the project was 7.2 months.
